While editing you will not want to accept a Tracked Change, because this means the original text can no longer be retrieved in your edited version. This could be problematic if the client wished to restore his original text.
On the other hand, sometimes it is useful to be able to reject a Tracked Change, for example, if you want to revert to the original text and edit it again. Remember that rejecting a Tracked Change means that the tracked amendment is not saved.
In the unlikely event that you wish to reject all the Track Changes you have made in your edited document, it is possible to reject them all at once.
For all these reasons it is important that you at least know how to accept or reject Tracked Changes.
